Target

I started working in Tuscaloosa Alabama and worked the overnight shift. While here, I was promoted to a "New Employee" Trainer while also fulfilling my daily task of moving stock to their designated places. After a year, I transferred to the Hixson location where continued these duties on the daytime position. While here, I received several promotions including learning the skills to work on the sales floor and customer services.

Neighborhood lifeguard

I started as a standard guard and by the end of my time there, was promoted into Head of Daily Operations. My responsibilities involved: scheduling for all employees, preparing before opening and closing down every day, and responsible for handling issues amongst employees and guests.
